Contracted providers who bill separately
Thank you for considering Lawnwood Hospital. We hope this information is helpful. If you have additional questions, then please call (772) 461-4000 and ask for central billing.
Fees for the services of your physician, surgeon, radiologist, anesthesiologist, emergency department physicians and pathologists will not be included in your hospital bill. These specially trained physicians are independently contracted by the hospital to provide specialty services.
You may receive separate statements from the entities below, which may or may not participate with your insurer or health maintenance organization.
Contact the healthcare practitioners anticipated to provide services to you while in the hospital regarding a personalized estimate, billing practices and participation with your insurance provider or HMO as the practitioners may not participate with the same health insurers or HMO as the hospital.
